Unethical, unprofessional. I would not recommend this company at all and will not be getting a water system from them. Don't waste your time with them.
We were told that this system would solve our water problems and that was/is not the case. We trusted them and invested thousands of dollars in this system and our water is worse off than it was. After many hours playing chemist with getting the levels right, we are still having problems. They came out numerous times to try to get it right, but it is just not working. We finally asked for them to take back the system and return our money, but they will not. We even contacted the manufacturer to try to sell it back to them, b... read more
