They did not have all the information they needed to do the job because they did not come here to assess the situation when they submitted their estimate. Then told me something was missing that they should have known about This was one day before they were to do the job. Then said it wasn't their fault. Who's was it. He gave us a quote to install septic which was completed. Said he would install air conditioner which he states he has but is unwilling to make it happen since receiving payment for septic.
