I shared a review for this company last year but decided to take it down. Well now I'm back because I'm totally over this company. Back when I was getting services from them there were a couple of times the guy supposedly came and sprayed our yard. Yet there was no sign that they are suppose to leave, and I was home on both occasions and never saw him go into our yard and spray. Wow extremely horrible customer service many many promises to begin my irrigation system but no-show I offered almost 50% more to have them start immediately many excuses, rain many jobs etc. etc. believe me when I say about the service since I am a landscape contractor and irrigation installer for 50 years I have a full line Nursery in Canton Michigan so I know what I’m talking about. TWQ is great ! I had a sprinkler system and St.Augustine sod put in my mobile home lot ! I also had 4 box crepes bushes planted. I have my yard fertilized and treated for pests every other month . Everyone says I have the best lawn at Buttonwood Bay !
We hired TWQ to come to our house and do a stump grinding job for us. They gave me a great price, they showed up on time and did a great job. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
