Very slow service. Will not call you to let you know how the service is going. Very expensive service fees and parts
Ordered parts and left $1,000.00 deposit on 1/13 parts were not even ordered until 2/9 almost a month after they took my money ... 2/23 and parts are still not here. also paid $300.00 for ups shipping parts ARE NOT shipped ups but are being put on a trailer that the hitch man has bought to sell. now my options are wait 2-3 MORE weeks or drive 5 HOURS (2 1/2 hours each way) to one of their other stores and pick the parts up ... oh and NO REFUND ON SHIPPING......RUN AND DON'T LOOK BACK.
