Had to get some work done on my 24' trailer (tires). They got me right in and out the same day. Top notch customer service. Will be my "go-to" for all my trailer needs.
During the snow storm on 2/11/25 we had a hydraulic hose go bad on our Western Plow. You answered FB messenger and advised that you had the needed part at your Mechanicsville location and would be opening at 0900 on 02/12. The Waldorf location was open for 24 hours during the storm. Would like to see the Mechanicsville location also do the same or open earlier the following morning, however, we were able to get the part needed and were back to plowing. They did a great job installing a trailer hitch and wire harness on my new vehicle.
I got a new truck set up for the OEM drop-in 5th wheel hitch. I'd done a bit of homework and was pleased that TWP said "that's the only one we recommend". My B&W hitch arrived in 2 business days. Excellent product, good value, great service! I wholeheartedly recommend TWP for your towing needs.
