This place is amazing, I used to go to all the different co-ed gyms and never have I ever felt so comfortable and welcomed. The staff and fellow gym goers are all so supportive and friendly people. Gym has all the high end equipment, sauna, and even massage service!! Such a gem of a place to have in Kelowna.
