I am extremely disappointed by the rude and dismissive treatment I received at The UPS Store on State Road 13 this morning. Yesterday, I visited another UPS location with several Amazon returns. The associate there reviewed my paperwork, identified which label belonged to each item, and explained that the items needed to be packaged in boxes.
