Liars and in my opinion the worst unprofessional and under trained "Pass the blame" store I ever worked with. They do not take responsibility for their mistakes and just take your money and do not care. I have spent a lot of money at this place when they had knowledgeable and trained people. NEVER AGAIN! Late last year I sent a package that contained batteries. However their employee did not ask or tell me the item could not contain these. The shipment was stopped and held. I am very late in offering this review, but did not want to not give credit where credit is due. At the beginning of May I wanted to order yard signs to congratulate my daughter who was graduating from UNF. Samy enthusiastically offered to help and proceeded to design, layout and produce phenomenal work. I absolutely loved the signs he made! He was detailed, methodical and very creative. The turn around time was excellent. Could not have been happier with Samy and his service. I highly recommend!
