I went in to return an Amazon package. I was sending it back in the same box it was shipped to me. I had taped it securely but when I got to the UPS store I noticed the item had made a small hole in the box and was slightly visible. I asked if I could use the packing tape dispenser, sitting on the counter and was told, "I will have to charge you for it". REALLY, for a small piece of tape. The manager, Rob, and his associate, Brittany, are excellent! I was trying to get a detailed receipt faxed to Medicaid for reimbursement, but the line was continuously busy. They were relentless in their efforts to send the fax through, which was greatly appreciated! I have trusted this UPS Store for YEARS and will continue to do so because of their kindness, compassion, and dedication to their customers.
