Cold and pretentious customer service. Walked into the shop wanting to look at frames, and immediately the man at the front desk seemed incredibly annoyed we had entered without scheduling a private viewing appointment - how were we to know? As if doing us a huge favour, he begrudgingly said we could look regardless but not to touch or try the frames because this would create more work for him to wipe them down afterwards. I have been going to Kim and Simon from when they were back in Anderson Street in Yarraville. They are fantastic! As is Christine in all of her professional care and experience taking time to check and track the health of my eyes. Unfortunately, we have now moved away from the area, but I very highly recommend them.
