I have been going here for the last 8 years for all my glasses and contacts. The customer service is next to none, they remember who you are what you have spoken to them about. It's not just feeling like a cog in a machine. Recently my contacts pricing has changed due to the manufacturer discounting the bulk pack, they found me two different brands to try and ordered samples for me, as I live two suburbs over (and going away) they mailed them to me before I left so I could test them out.
