Kevin and Jake did a great job, they know what they are doing, they are responsible, courteous, and respectful. They are an great asset to your company. The owner and management team surely know how to train and treat their employees thus to your successful business. Thanks for a great job.
I am very happy with the tub, the professionalism of the Bonnie, Gord in the office and Kevin and Jake who do the install made the whole process smooth. The attention to detail including the cleanup was awesome. Love my new tub!
Communication with Gord is very poor. Installed a damaged tub and did not fix it. Gord says he will be here Thursday to fix tub and shows up in Friday ‘without the correct tools’. Gord says their accountant is away and will drop off receipt next Wednesday, a week later, no receipt. Refuses to provide a receipt. for completed work when paid in full.
Gord renovated my shower, years ago. Had issue this year with it- he came back and fixed it with no question, called me back immediately, fixed it rather quickly and happy to do so! Highly reccommend this company - they stand by their work!
Never deal with them they are the worst
