10/22/25 Update: A month after the initial leak, my restroom ceiling developed multiple leaks that required breaking and patching - forcing me to take 2 days off from my remote work schedule. Management is quick to fine residents $50 for pet messes but ignores communications to address pet owners with large dogs who don’t control their pets when exiting elevators. The location is really good, and the community offers nice amenities with premium interiors compared to many other apartments nearby. The staff is friendly, and they also host fun community activities and monthly breakfast events, which I really appreciate. That said, the living space feels a bit small — the huge breakfast bar takes up a lot of room. Utility costs are also on the higher side. I recently toured Two99Monroe on a Saturday. Beautiful property. Love the location. The girls in the office were very knowledgeable. This property is at the top of my list.
Some good, lots bad. First the good: The location is great lots of walkable restaurants and watering holes. The common areas are mostly nice and well kept. Some of the office people are very nice and helpful. Now for the not so great: Some of the office people are very rude and unhelpful. They offer a valet trash service with specific days and hours for you trash to be placed outside your apartment and picked up.
