10/22/25 Update: A month after the initial leak, my restroom ceiling developed multiple leaks that required breaking and patching - forcing me to take 2 days off from my remote work schedule. Management is quick to fine residents $50 for pet messes but ignores communications to address pet owners with large dogs who don’t control their pets when exiting elevators.
