Lost my keys at the bar and Franklin from the Maintenance Team assisted me on his day off. Early office closure today did not stop my apartment managers from reaching out to me and assisting me remotely. Very thankful for this complex and for the reliable staff that work here!
Great walkable community. Walls are thin (ceiling). Live next to a door that slams shut when people come and go.
The apartments are nice inside, but be aware that on there are some less than great things They will do random full inspections with NO notice and NO regard to if you work from home and are on meetings. Communication is so hard to come by, leaving it all on your plate. The people in the front office change often. It’s frustrating to have to end a professional call early to answer the door to people repeatedly knocking, then not being able to get back on a call because apparently we needed to talk about it?
