I found this place online. My name is Trisha. I texted with Kristen for 2 weeks about how nervous I was going to a salon after 11 yrs. She & I talked about everything I wanted. I sent pics. In love with my haircut!!! i went a few weeks ago because i needed a change and my hair was thick and way too long. I wasn’t sure what to get but Kristen was super friendly and asked me more details about what i was thinking. She showed me some options and i fell in love with her signature haircut. My head has never felt lighter! I will definitely be going back when it grows out again. She showed me how to style it with a big brush so that it comes out the way i left the salon. It took me awhile to calm down and write this review. I set up an appointment on April 19th for my daughter’s communion pictures at 10am. We got there at 10am and the salon was closed I called and text kristen no answer and no respond. I waited u til 1030 outside and no respond no I am sorry nothing until this day!! I had to walk around Kearny ave to check to see what salon can fit my daughter in thank god on my third try someone fit my daughter in I didn’t even care that they weren’t able to do my hair but they were able to... read more
