Ted is the best. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. He uses OEM parts and has fair prices. He will do his best to answer any questions you might have on your machine. I definitely highly recommend Ted!
Dropped my kawasaki concourse off for carb and routine maintenance. He did a great job and had it done in a reasonable time. Highly recomend.

Before going to Ted Frank I read all the reviews here and trust me this is the best place to bring your bike. Any dealership was able to work on my bike in Conway but bike shops and dealerships kept recommending me to Ted and now I know why. He is a really nice guy and very good at what he does. Please check Ted out yourself and you won’t regret it. He is fairly priced especially since he is certified to work on BMW, Ducati, and Aprilia which is very hard to find in Arkansas. Ted did a great job on my little rebel! He installed a new chain and tensioners. Brought it back for an oil change and some new plugs! He discovered the previous plugs were a little off! No more lurching! Will be bringing my other bikes here!
