RecommendedAmazing Store, Amazing People Last year I called looking for some Specialized Nimbus Armadillo tires; they didn’t have any in the size I needed but were still polite and asked if they could help otherwise. Bought a 2014 Specialized Secteur and the frame cracked after 6 years. Brought it in on Saturday and by Monday morning I got a call that the warranty was processed. Since the bike is not made anymore they gave me a generous credit to upgrade to a 2020 Roubaix. 12 days later I am on my new bike. It was fast painless and I would Highly recommend Bob, Shane and the rest of the staff.
Big shout out to Shane and the guys down there! brought two bikes down there at 5pm and even though they were extremely busy, they took the time to help us out and worked well after closing to do it all right! super good vibes and just all round awesome people. Thank you!
I don't recommend buying parts here as they've messed up twice out of three times visited.
This is not just a bike shop! They’ve been in the area for 29 years. It’s a company that is active in the community And loves to help answer any questions you may have in the bike world 😁

Best bike shop in North Idaho! Friendly, knowledgeable, honest. They carry quality products and maintenance is done well so you are safe on your equipment. I'd have given 6 stars if it were an option!
