I stopped in the Spearfish location to talk about trading in my old Giant. I spent some time trying out a different bike and was rather lengthy in making my decision. Adam answered all my questions and didn't show any irritation with the amount of time it took me to decide. After my decision was made he gladly put my new computer on, switched out my pedals and bell. I'm super thrilled with my new bike! I'm going to have a hard time not calling off sick .
