Ordered tyres a week in advance, road from Toowoomba to get them fitted. When I get there the owner said he doesn’t have them. Said Michelin didn’t send them… more like he forgot to order them or his wife didn’t tell him about the order. You should be phone your customers the day before confirming the booking and that you have the stock required….
