Shipped something fragile that broke on the way, claimed they’re working on an insurance claim. They’re not responding to messages anymore. I doubt it was insured in the first place. Had it been packaged better if probably would have been fine, the box was bent by the time it got to me. Edit to respond: The box is almost falling apart as you can see in the pic.
