The receptionist is rude, unless you are elderly! Been here three times for bloods, and EVERY TIME, the receptionist, despite being first in best dressed for blood tests, has deliberately put other walk ins ahead of me! Happened again today! I watched her, 1 person came in before me, their paper was put in a pile for the nurse. Not accepting patients
Without the support of Dr Steve and his team, I would be in serious health trouble. He is caring, empathetic and thorough. He ensures that his patients are cared for every step of the way. The team follows up with everything very quickly when necessary. I hated going to doctors, but I couldn't have chosen a better GP.
