I throughly enjoyed my appointment. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Rollins made the appointment very comfortable for me and I felt my concerns were heard and approached with care. The office is easy to find and there is parking available. I’m glad I made the switch to this office.
Dr. Rollins reacted very judgmentally when I was transparent about cannabis use and expressed no empathy when I shared that one of my family members is deceased. Many patients are not transparent about drug use due to fear of stigma and judgment from providers. I used to be one of these people, but I finally decided to be transparent with my healthcare provider for once, in the best interest of my healthcare.
