Even though we didn’t buy a car from Two Way Service, I highly recommend working with Randy. He was super easy to talk to and always answered my questions right away.
So disappointed. I too thought this dealership treated me well in 2021 when I gave them $47k for a Ford Escape; unfortunately they refused to transfer an extended warranty to my new vehicle this week. I had purchased another Ford Product, although not at Southey, because they did not have the vehicle I wanted. In 2021 they gladly accepted my $2800 for an extended warranty, telling me oh yes!! The best truck buying experience we've had in my many years of driving! We looked at the used truck before detailing and they bent over backwards to have the truck ready to take home for us to beat the approaching weekend snow storm. Get honest people from sales to service!
