I ordered a product from this company that was listed in stock ships same day. After a week I called to inquire to where the product was. They informed me it was backordered and due to their error they would give me expedited shipping once it was in stock. They shipped the item out using standard ground shipping not expedited. I called them up and they told me it is what it is and when I asked to speak to a manager they told me they could not do that goodbye and hung up on me.
I can't say enough good things about Two Way Direct! I attempted an illegal paddle through Big Sur and needed reliable waterproof radios since this was an extremely dangerous endeavor! They spent time to walk me through multiple products and then offered incredibly fast shipping! After their radios performed perfectly well on my paddle, I ordered more radios for my business!
