I wouldn't bring my dog to this emergency room. My 3 year old broke out head to toe in hives randomly and had hives inside her mouth so we went in. Provider and nurse were extremely dismissive and condenseding- implying I was an overreacting parent by bringing them to the emergency room. We were discharged after 20 minutes, I had to ask the provider to actually look at the hives and my concern was with potential airway swelling and his response was kids sometimes get random hives. Civil rights violations. Human rights violations. Asked to speak to facility director as I was held here against my will as a Chaska High School graduate class of 2000. I prayed for Robert Kennedy to come save me but my psyche/soul died essentially brain snapped. Murdered Chris Mai. multi billion dollar lawsuit come to papa.
Worst service ever. Sat here for 2 hours waiting for a simple strep test. When I asked someone when the doctor was going to be with us they said "oh sorry we didn't know anyone was in that room" wow is all i can say. Will try to never come back here again. I would rather get help from strangers on the side of the road then come back here. They could have at least been transparent about the wait time and let us know what we wrre waiting on.
I brought my wife here once 10/3/2024 for extremely concerning conditions that have not gone away for over a month. I wish I got this incompetent doctors name because he completely dismissed her, ignored her concerns, did not run ANY LABS AT ALL, she lost 30 POUNDS IN A MONTH. And he said "stop smoking weed". Guess what? I brought her to Mayo Clinic instead and she has a stomach ulcer. Do better. Be better. And get rid of that sexist, degrading, undermining blonde hair blue eyed "doctor".
