We used Two Trees Catering for our wedding a week ago and Adam and his team were phenomenal in absolutely every aspect. We had another caterer fall through about a month out and it ended up being the biggest blessing because Two Trees Catering was fantastic. I recently completed the Empire State Ride, a seven day fundraising bike ride from New York City to Niagara Falls, New York. The ESR proceeds benefit Roswell Park Cancer Center in Buffalo New York. Two Trees Catering is fantastic! The chef, Adam Morrison, is an amazing talent. Adam created a menu for our catered dinner, that exceeded our expectations in every way imaginable. He was able to create a buffet menu with a high-end restaurant feel, without breaking the bank. There was something for everyone on the buffet.
