Called to try and receive a quote and the person has terrible customer service skills
We have been taking our bikes to Two Tone for several years now. Their service is reliable and their pricing is transparent and fair. The owners, Tom and Sami, are great supporters and sponsors of local Flat Track Races and bend over backwards to help out younger riders by prioritizing service to their bikes and even loaning them a bike when in need. Very nice people. We're able to get me right in for an assessment on my motorcycle.
I dropped my street cruiser off because of a coolant leak, normally I do my own work but l was super busy and thought l would give them a shot. I like to support local family run businesses. Didn’t hear from them for a few days so called for an update. Leak found, parts on order. Another period of days with no update or contact so l called again. Think twice before go there I had reallly bad experience there the guy” works there grumpy tom charge me for something he never did n makes you feel bad whit his attitude don’t bring your toys to two tone shop if doesn’t want have bad time and waste money not good for business the only good thing from there the 2 lady’s on the counter other than that not good at all
