The worse customer service. Ordered parts because it was supposedly in stock on their website but turns out it was on back order and they are taking their sweet time to refund me. Giving me excuses of having to reach out to the manufacturer to cancel the order. It is their fault for not reaching out to the customer to confirm if they want to proceed and wait 2 weeks+ for a backordered part or cancel the order. Not only did I get some attitude from their customer support, they are now ignoring my emails.
Prl air intake for type r 10th generation Sounds really good but the quality it’s not the best also I got a short clamp for the air filter so I had to go to Home Depot and buy a new.
Corey and his team are so great to work with. They respond honestly, quickly, and the parts show up on time and in perfect condition. Cannot recommend them enough, especially if you are coming from an FL5/DE5 platform.
