I couldn't fault Two Step - it took the stress out of preparing a car for sale. Excellent communication, thorough job and they took the time to talk me through the entire clean at collection time. Having the photo gallery prepared and emailed to me saved valuable time. The Forester looks so good I'm reluctant to part with it! Jose and the team went above and beyond when we recently had the misfortune of someone spewing in our car. They weren’t happy to hand the car back until every source had been found and eradicated. Absolutely amazing service, fantastic communication and brilliant result.
What an immense effort that Jose and his staff put into bringing my car back to life. Had a full engine and interior detail plus car paint correction. Jose was great with explaining the procedures in detail and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Such a great and friendly service provided. Very friendly professional staff, was able to get dropped off so can do things while cars headlights gets restoration, instead of waiting at garage, got picked up in timely manner, headlights looks absolutely amazing and very happy with the outcome, did not expect to look that amazing One very happy customer
