Best car detailing experience I've ever had. I've used mobile detailers that came to me in the past, but Two Step Car Detailing is next level. The improvement to my paint work was amazing and they got some stains out of the carpet and front seats that showed commitment to a very high standard. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.
A little over 2 years ago I discovered Two Step Detailing in Kingston. I took my 20 year old Porsche Boxter to Jose and Hudson for a sale-ready detail. I was gone in 2 weeks to a local lad in Burnie. Early this year I needed to unload a 2010 Subaru Liberty wagon, so off it went to Two Step. Sold in 1 day. Jose has been so helpful since the return of my stolen car. I reached out to him to ask about an interior clean and he guided me through the necessary safety checks for sharps and fumes (that the police failed to complete!) after having my car returned. He provided me with a quote for cleaning to give to my insurer, free of charge, and regularly checked in with me to see how my insurance claim was progressing. Two Step Car Detailing provided an exceptional service. They picked up and dropped home my car, were happy to discuss and provide a realistic level of detailing for an old car, and went over and above to talk me through some tips for selling a car privately. The car looked great and sold quickly.
Jose and Hudson at Two Step Detailing completely restored my cars paintjob, windows and mirrors to practically brand new! When I took my vehicle in for a quote, it was stained with dirt and grime that I could not wash off. Jose was super professional and communicated to me what exactly needed to be done to restore the paint, what processes will be used and was upfront with the materials and costs of such a big job.
