Somehow paperwork slipped through the crack and no one got the message that our pump (air) was not working and we went a week before I called back . Meanwhile our place was a mess. Called this morning and asked to have owner return my call. He did and promptly sent a tech out to re-build pump. I was impressed. My husband called several times but his msgs were not flagged. Excellent service! These are honest people! The prices were fair and they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.
Well, I have to say, they made good on a error. I called a few times and left a message, but they never called back. I posted for recommendations in a local group for nearby septic companies, and Angel the office manager reached out. Angel made it right, and Ray did a great job. Thank you.
