My experience on 2 previous moves was truly excellent, but not quite as good an experience for my move in June 2026. The team showed up at 1:30pm instead of the 9-10am timeslot, and no one reached out with any updates until I called them. The team showed up already tired after unloading a full house of items that was delayed from the previous day (which had bumped my pickup time). Movers moved incredibly inefficiently, and when we requested they finish the move, they told us they had another appointment they had to get to because our move had taken too long, even though it only took so long because of their movers. When the manager was contacted to discuss, he was absolutely miserable and rude. Not the way to conduct yourself if you want to keep customers. Zero customer service Would not recommend
The guys were GREAT. they were careful, respectful, and did the tasks asked if the to a tee. Great work. I'd use you again in a second
I had 2 Small Men do a partial apartment move on June 4. The setvice was prompt and excellent, and as this is my second great experience with them, I would recommend them without hesitation.
