Very frustrated with my move experience. Booked 2 months in advance and day before the move they advised they didn’t have a truck and short men and needed to reschedule . After complaint they advised they had found a truck , I verified that they would be sending their own qualified men and they confirmed their well trained regular staff. After showing up 2 hours late there were three guys, one whose first day on the job, the other second day on the job with a more “senior” worker , whatever that means . The crew Yeuhen, Myicola & Zin did an excellent job. They were very professional and did not waste any time & were careful not to damage any property or furniture. We were very pleased with the job they did & would hire them again. Highly recommend them.
