I thought I was hiring a reputable co. to avoid all the things I ended up experiencing anyways with them. Will not be using them ever again. Poor communication and lack of professionalism. I also gave them a chance to fix the situation but I have yet to hear back from them after a terrible moving service.
Move went very well with awesome staff who truly cared what they were moving.
I was promised a guaranteed price - even double checked several times and they charged me through the roof for plastic wrap and tape that wasn’t needed nor asked for - the manager was extremely rude. I called about the bill several times and was told to “raise a ticket” online so I sent in my request to which they said it would be two days until someone got back to me.. it’s been almost 3 weeks and no calls and whenever I call I just get passed around. Huge scammers.

Our move was incredibly easy because of the 2 Small Men moving team (Kamloops) From the quote, payment and the crew, it went really well. The movers were friendly and so good! They wrapped special furniture (and unwrapped it at the new place), took legs off sofas and put them back on again, and were very accommodating stopping to pick up the second half of our stuff at a storage locker. Great experience! Thank you Kristen, Jude, Sunny and Donnie!
