Extremely disappointed after hiring this company to move 2 dressers from one home in London to another. I had asked for the movers’ help to place pads on the bottom of the dressers while it was still in their truck, and they insisted it be done once the item was moved in the house. My brand new 3-day-old flooring was scratched in the process of bringing said dressers into the house, which could have been avoided if they had allowed me to put the pads on outside. This past month I used Two Men With Big Hearts and was incredibly impressed from beginning to end. Nick and Michael were friendly, cheerful, and very professional. They did an excellent job of carefully moving all of my furniture and ensured that items went where I wanted them to. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who asks! I also appreciated that the pricing was very clear from the start - this was one of the important factors that led me to book with this company.
The best moving company I have moved with, they were so professional everything was easy, there was no hidden fee, they moved everything in 4 hours. I really recommend them.
I moved from London to Toronto. They made my move a lot less stressful. They arrived exactly on time and were very quick to load up the truck, drive to Toronto and unload. No damage to any of my stuff. I would highly recommend and use them again if I ever have to move again. Everybody I interacted with, from the person who took my reservation over the phone and answered my questions to the 2 movers were great!
