I brought my 4 year old daughter for her first blow out for her PreK prom. I specifically told the lady doing her hair I don’t want any perm conditioner mix. She said no mami but my daughter’s hair was obviously permed. The texture of her hair now is a mix of curls and stringy ends. I don’t perm my own hair so why would I do it for my 4yr old. This is terrible and dishonest customer service and I won’t be returning there.
I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and my little sister went for her first blow out for her pre k prom almost 2 weeks ago and now her hair is permanently straight. She is 4 years old and they used some form of a perm or straightening system in her hair. I’m sure it’s mixed into the conditioner. I will never return to this salon . Terrible.

Horrible experience. The Hispanic women working there seemed to assume that because a client doesn’t look Spanish, they can stand over them making rude comments about their hair. Extremely unprofessional. I came in with a specific color request and walked out with something completely different. They also cut off way more hair than discussed and charged over $150 for a simple job that turned out terrible. Not worth the money my hair didn’t even last 1 day and she rushed while doing my hair, it came out really puffy!!
