Most disgraceful inhuman business i have ever been in business with ! STAY AWAY !! Beware of the money hungry lady who steals people money and give them bogus contracts !!! She does not sympathize with people nor does she care if a emergency happens.. if you want good customer service and quality for your money DONT BOOK WITH THIS VENUE ..
NOTE: PERMANENTLY CLOSED! This business is no longer at this location. Not sure if their other location is still open or if they've gone out of business entirely. Landlord has sign on building stating they are looking for a new tenant to occupy this space.
I booked a baby shower three months in advance and left a $1000.00 dollars deposit then a week later my wife had a accident and we lost the baby i called the lady from two roses and explained the situation and she really didn't care much she just said If the hall gets reserved she could maybe help us, turns out she never got back to us and we passed by the hall the exact date we had booked to see if anybody else has booked the hall and there was a event going on.I understand if i was to cancel 2-3 weeks prior to the date tha... read more
