My son made an appointment the day before on 3/6/2025..we arrived there on time at 11:15, went to the desk then sat sat down. We then watched people walk in and see the doctors. At 11:50 still no doctor. We then get a text as we sitting there...stating that they see we have missed the appointment????. Upon seeing the lady at the desk, she then apologises...then he saw the doctor at 12pm. Friendly, helpful staff and doctors
Reception and doctors/nurses all very nice
I’ve recently had 2 appointments with Dr Zaïrish Omer, she’s very professional and pleasant to communicate with. I hope she stays on at the practice after she’s had her baby. All the doctors at Two Rocks are very nice also the receptionists are very polite and helpful. It’s refreshing to find a great medical centre at last.
