RecommendedPhil and Ken are two incredibly kind and passionate people. I could not think more highly of them both.
I figured that I would understand the 'stress' people go through when buying a house when I finally go through that process myself. However, I still don't think I experienced that stress and it's because of Phil Bukowski. If you want a smooth process with your home purchase, this is someone who will be there for you and on top of the process the entire time. He was able to save us a lot of money in closing cost that we would have otherwise lost if we had went with Quicken Loans, which was where we started this process. Phil is great to work with and was awesome at following up and guiding us through the entire process. If you are in need of a home loan give the folks at Two Roads Lending a call.
