Spin class last night was excellent. Felt pushed all the way.
I haven't been here since I was a teenager until I signed up for the gym for a month. It has to be the worst gym in dorset. Its so outdated and expensive. It costed me £57.20. The gym is designed for older people or newbies. The equipment is from the 1960s and from all the tvs in the gym they claim its been refurbished. The last refurbishment must of been in 1920s before the recent one lol. Also the gym equipment what you can use is rusty or ripped.
