The vet is competent and thorough, not the best I have worked with, but not the worst. The staff, however, is stunningly RUDE and unprofessional. This did not used to be the case. It is as thought they do not want your business. I agree with the other poster: if you are looking for a vet who cares about more than $$$, this is not your vet.
On monday 4/25/16 Dr. Gretta did the TNR spay. Office staff seemed nice at first. When we picked up the cat the tech was very rude. Yesterday evening she got a nose bleed (this scares me) I called the vet this morning, I got no answers or help from the receptionist that I spoke with. She conferred with the Dr... the solution, to put her back under anesthesia to figure it out. She quoted me prices, anesthesia $60, office visit $52 (What ever happened to a regular office visit). They have seen all of our pets and have always been wonderful.
