I called this veterinarian for emergency. And he told me he was out of town that day was Saturday and when he gets back on Sunday, he would be able to see my Cat. Now he's not concerned about my cat at all. And he told me to go all the way up to Cedar Rapids, Wow! My cat has a back right leg that is 2 times as big as her other ones, with a rock in bedded in her paw and leg. She is not doing good at all. She is in pain. Spoke with a "Peggy" that refused service to my mother's dog because of an outstanding bill from 2021. Reviewing this information the account was paid and in current standing. Even I had service for another furry family friend since then. I simply requested the information for "the outstanding balance" I was then told "We have a new system" and they can not provide me with what is billed or invoicing.
