Dr.shah is very professional, the office is very clean and the staff are super friendly. I highly recommend this office.
Starting with receptionists and then the nurse and ending with the nurse practitioners. They were all courteous, professional and empathetic to my situation. A nurse practitioner fully explained what I need to do and prescribed two medications and went over what I needed to do and how I could check out my condition while I was on vacation out of state. I was well satisfied with the services and I would fully recommend Two Rivers Urgent Care and Wellness center for service
Friendly people here however the level of care was substandard. I had given them a better rating until I learned from my podiatrist today that they misdiagnosed me at Two Rivers Urgent Care. The NP told me I had a non-displaced fracture of my 5th metatarsal bone. Turns out it is a displaced fracture of my pinky toe bone. Also the CD rom I paid for of my X-ray images could not be opened by the podiatrist. This meant I had to have a new set of X-rays done. Precision matters in medicine!
