I had them do work for me in Feb 2023. They were to take two trees down and then have another person come out to grind the stump and they were to come back out to clean up after the grinding. They took the trees down and there was still quite a bit of length left, and by May we were still Waiting on the grinding; I understood because of the weather. On Oct. 11, we contracted with Two River Trees to remove a tree in our front yard. We paid $3,000 cash up front because we were told we would get a discount. We were told they would coordinate with BWL to pull a line, removing power from our house for the day. The work was scheduled for the 21st. It did not happen--we were told that the BWL got the wrong day and the tree would be removed on the 28th. On the 28th, no one showed up. We reached out repeatedly and heard nothing. DO NOT HIRE!!! Paid in full and the job was 10% done. No communication or update when they would be coming back. Terrible way to do business.
Unless you are looking for someone to pay in full, have maybe 10% of the work completed over 8 hours and never return to finish the job, don’t hire them.
