On Oct. 11, we contracted with Two River Trees to remove a tree in our front yard. We paid $3,000 cash up front because we were told we would get a discount. We were told they would coordinate with BWL to pull a line, removing power from our house for the day. The work was scheduled for the 21st. DO NOT HIRE!!! Paid in full and the job was 10% done. No communication or update when they would be coming back. Terrible way to do business.
Unless you are looking for someone to pay in full, have maybe 10% of the work completed over 8 hours and never return to finish the job, don’t hire them.
If I could give a 0 star I would. This guy came and did 10% of our huge tree. First he came late, said he couldn’t finish the job because his chipper “broke” but said he could get 80-90% of the tree done. He was here for a full 8 HOURS and got two limbs done. We paid in full because we trusted him. It’s now 2 weeks later, he sent me a screenshot that he’s going on a cruise but told me he couldn’t finish the job because his lift was stolen.
