Lisa was very communicative and detail-oriented. She was a great asset it helping the transaction go smoothly.
The underwriter on title missed up on the deed. Long time client I had for life that now does not trust me due to an error from the title company not recording the deed correctly. 10 year relationship done after 1 deal. No answer from the title company, and took weeks for them to actually respond and get a call back. Would not recommend this place ever.
