Useless - care navigator, Danni on reception does not listen at all! In the wrong profession completely. She ended phone call because she didn’t like the fact I told her “I’ve already told you this” on 3 separate occasions!
I moved to the new surgery from their Lattice Barn site and have always been impressed with the quality of service. Last month the reception staff were most helpful and discrete in answering my questions and arranging for me to see the appropriate medical staff. I've used the new online booking service and again couldn't fault the service and was offered an appointment on the same day. You have no complaints from me, well done to your staff.
The staff here are all excellent, and now they have the new online triage system I can at last leave them them a 5 star review! This is exactly how GP practices should be.
I have never had a bad experience with Two Rivers. Everyone has been very polite and helpful. I would recommend this surgery
Haven't found this surgery to be very good since registering. I have needed to request assistance with three matters so far, following a hospital admission, and in every case I have basically been told 'computer says no' The most recent is being told it is not allowed for the surgery to prescribe coaguchek strips for home warfarin testing - yet the anti-coagulation clinic at Ipswich hospital says that this is not the case. Am now looking to move surgery.
