0 Stars please! Hayden in the Service Center was SO horrible to me that I hung up the call crying and reaching out to an attorney. NO ONE should be treated that way!! I called because Ford has a recall on my car for putting FAULTY parts in my car when it was manufactured. I spoke with someone at ***** ****and they gave me the number to Ford Roadside. Ford Roadside still made me pay $179 to have my car towed from the mechanic I initially took the car to who diagnosed the issue to the closest dealership, which was Two Rivers F... read more

The Service Department was not helpful at all and lied to me about my Transmission coming from there. They said it didn't when it did because ******* *****bought it from them to put in my Ford Escape and My transmission tore up under the 3 year/unlimited mile warranty. They said they didn't sell it but they did and they had the original invoice and I have access to it, My vehicle has been tore up for over a year now due to them refusing to fix it and honor the warranty but The Ford Motor Company was nice enough to tell me to... read more

Gary M***** was the absolute best salesman I've ever had in my life. He was so helpful in every way. I've never had a vehicle purchase be so easy. He went above and beyond and literally did everything for me. I felt like I was the queen for the day. No joke, ask for Gary M*****, you will never regret it. Thank you Gary for everything...

Easily the best car buying experience I have ever had. The sales team was not pushy, and the pricing is exactly what you see online. Service has always been pleasant to work with as well. Would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle or who needs service.

I purchased a new 2020 Ford Explorer Platinum in February 2020. Immediately, I began having mechanical and electrical problems. Since new, the Explorer has spent most of its time either at a dealership service department or parked in my driveway. Two Rivers Ford has done nothing to help me resolve the vehicle acquisition process. I would never buy from them again.

We have been in direct contact with the customer, and are working with Ford Motor Company and the customer to get the situation handled in the customer's favor as quickly as possible. We are unsure as to why the customer is saying that we have done nothing to help resolve this issue.
