Fruchey and his staff are very unethical when it comes to its billing practices. I speak on behalf of my mother and she and I agree the way Mr. Smiley does busy is at the heart of greed and I suggest anyone who plans to go to this "Professional" should understand that this Practice will change pricing to fit Fruchey's agenda of maximizing profits at the expense of moral aptitude.
