Thought I would love it here. Stayed 4 years. People are strange. Not friendly. People will walk right past you and not even say a simple hello. Houses are too close together. Parking can be a nightmare for guest. Clubhouse for all ages is crapy unless you play basketball. Pool is too cold and crowded. No land just a big house. The upside is the houses are beautiful if you don’t care about anything else. Very nice people's
This is a beautiful community to be a part of, very close to DC and Baltimore. The public areas are very well maintained by the HOA. Has community pools, basket ball, tennis courts and very close to hiking trails if you are active in such activities.
