Michael Murphy, the owner of Two Pillars Plumbing, installed a tankless water heater in our Midtown Kansas City home. I absolutely love this water heater! We have instant hot water everywhere in the house & because we don't have a tank, we can have hot water for as long as we need it. Michael is very knowledgeable about tankless water heaters and helped us troubleshoot the issues we had initially with the performance of the water heater. I definitely recommend Two Pillars Plumbing for any plumbing related needs you may have!
Had a good experience
They did a great job! We had a sewer backup due to a collapsed pipe so we were unable to use water, toilets, showers etc. therefore a speedy response was needed. Mike was quick to respond, showed up when he said he would, provided a good and fair quote quickly, had financing options available quickly and easily, then showed up to perform the work as promised and within days of requesting his services. This company is great. When I lived in Missouri, I used them to do work for me at my own residence. I often had to call them for plumbing issues at two of my rental properties. They always did an amazing job. They are honest and reliable. In fact, I have now moved from Missouri to Texas, but I still have a couple of rental properties there and I always use them for any necessary work. They are reliable, honest and always get to the job quickly.
