We’ve called on Two Pillars on two occasions now; once was an emergency ceiling leak and the other was a mix of smaller plumbing repairs. Both times they showed up when they said they would and offered what felt like a transparent and fair estimate. Easy to communicate with, clean work. Highly recommend them and we’re grateful to have a local plumber to lean on. Edit to add—they’re knowledgeable about old homes as well.
This is who we will always call from now on. On the initial service call for our water heater, he told us it might need a new sensor, but he suggested that he try relighting the pilot and see if it stayed lit. It did, for four days. When he returned to replace the sensor, he deducted the cost of the initial service call from the cost if the repair.
Michael Murphy just came out to my little Waldo home and was awesome! He walked me through options and FINALLY after dealing with warranty companies for 2 years gave me some hope for my plumbing issues. Thank you so much Michael and Two Pillars!
