We were driving from Atlanta to Fargo when we realized our coach batteries were discharging and could no longer run the refrigerator. We were passing through Sioux City at the time and my co-pilot wife found 2 Old Guys, on the web. We called them from the road and Brian stayed on the phone with us, guiding us in to their shop. Friday before last, I found this shop while getting my tires changed at Discount Tire. Somewhere between MO and Iowa, the black water tank pipe had jarred loose and was leaking. (Yuck!) I'm headed to South Dakota. I called and Bob said they would look at it. I got there around 3:45. Bob had stepped out, and his technician didn't know I was coming. That didn't stop him from doing a great job fixing it! They were fair and kind! I would go back all the time!
these people were amazing: Bill, Brian, Ryan and all the guys at the company. I had a bad break down with my Rv. they immediately organized everything from towing and getting me back on the road again. fantastic people and their hosrpitality second to none. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND HONEST GOOD PEOPLE!!! Fantastic experience!
THIS. PLACE. ROCKS! From the initial phone call talking to a kind and intelligent gal and making an appointment to drop-off/pick-up of a repaired RV..this was a good old-fashioned business of days gone by.
