I bought my condo a little over a year ago and have had theft from my truck bed 3 times! I have asked for camera footage and never received any. Filed police reports. Nothing. Feeling really unsafe and not heard.

I’ve lived here 2 years with no complaints. Parking— The parking rules are clear & not hard to follow. There’s a bar next door, so booting is aggressive to ensure residents have a spot to park. I forgot my guest pass a few times but left a note on the car with my details, so had no issues. Mgmt- The manager Santiago is great and very fair. He’s come to the rescue anytime I’ve had condo issues. Even after hours. Location- The location is in a nice, quiet area next to bike path. Walkable to Dunkin Donuts & Safeway!
