I would NOT recommend that anyone use this franchise of 2 Men & a Truck. I have had previous experiences with this company with no complaints, but DO NOT USE THE TROY FRANCHISE!!! I moved in early July using 2 Men & a Truck – Troy franchise (1250 Rankin Dr, Troy, MI 48083). On the move day the 3 movers showed up a little late to assess the items to be moved. this is my second and last time using this company. I hired them on 2/15/15 the movers did not cover any of my items, they damaged my marble table and broke the base to my large screen television. Initially I dealt with a man named Josh and things seemed to be going well. Then when I had to deal with the manager Kyle all hell broke loose. He was very fast talking he kept trying to tell me that I did not take out the extra insurance and that he was only mandated by the State of Michigan to cover my items for 20 cent per pound... read more
