Movers were timely and professional. I am missing 3 items and when I contacted the VA Beach home office they were unbothered and offered no resolution. I DO NOT recommend the VA Beach location. Customer service from the office team was unacceptable. I paid $2700 for a move from Chesapeake to Richmond and dis not receive all my items. I had to continuously call them to ask for the status.
