Terrible experience! 3-hour move turned into 9 hours. The truck broke down, not all items fit, and my husband had to step in to get the job finished when he arrived home. Had to ask movers to put belongings in the garage that wouldn’t fit in the truck. Carpet protection was requested but poorly used, leaving wet, dirty coverings in our new home.
