Zanesville team was fantastic! They went above and beyond my expectations. They were timely and polite. All of my items were kept safe and carefully wrapped. I was shocked how fast they completed the job considering I had large items on a third floor building. Couldn’t be happier!
I was trying to get a help from them but they wouldn`t even listen to my request and hung up on me twice. Very rude and unprofessional, if there was 0 stars, that`s what they would get
I did not receive the level of professional service I was expecting. I contacted this company specifically to request help with packing, moving, and taking trash from the move to the dumpster. The movers were scheduled to arrive at 8:30 AM. They called that morning to inform me they had gone to the wrong location but would be arriving soon. They showed up at 9:45 AM.
